Megan turned to yoga after years of desk jobs, long hours of sitting, and carrying more stress than her body knew what to do with. The practice became a powerful source of strength, confidence, and calm that transformed the way she moves through her life and relationships. Her classes are designed to help students find their own version of balance — whether they're seeking grounding, growth, or simply an hour to breathe and move. Megan brings an encouraging, down-to-earth energy to the mat and is excited to share the peace and inner steadiness yoga has brought her with anyone ready to explore it.

Twist & Flow: 60-Minute All-Levels Vinyasa

In this video, we move through two complete sequences. The first flow will feel familiar if you practiced with my previous video—it’s the same sequence, just paced a little faster to build a bit more heat and rhythm. The second flow is brand new and gradually builds toward Half Moon pose, giving you a chance to explore balance, strength, and steady focus. A yoga block can be really helpful in this practice, especially in the balancing and standing postures, so feel free to grab one if you have it nearby. If you don’t, no worries—everything can still be adapted without props. Quick note: the audio in this video ended up a little wonky in spots. I’m still learning the recording process and doing my best with home equipment, so thank you for your patience and grace as I grow. I promise the movement and instruction are still fully there! Whether you’re practicing with me as a friend, family member, or someone curious about my teaching style, I’m so glad you’re here. Roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and let’s flow together.
